- Contact and Profile data: First and last name, email address, professional title, industry (e.g., Marketing, Engineering), and account credentials.
- Demographic data: City, state, and country of residence.
- Transactional data: Information relating to the purchase of Simuverse Credits, including transaction history and subscription status (Premium vs. Standard).
- Simulation and User-generated content (UGC):
- Audio and Voice data: Voice recordings transmitted during live simulation sessions for ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) and analysis.
- Text Inputs: Pitch materials, responses to AI opponents, and custom "Mission Brief" constraints you type to set up scenarios.
- Simulation Results: Performance metrics generated by our AI, including "BS Detector" ratings, Intimidation scores, Resilience analysis, and professional feedback reports.
- Marketing data: Your preferences for receiving updates about new simulation scenarios or AI characters.
Automatic data collection.
- Device data: Operating system, device model, IP address, unique identifiers, and network information (Wi-Fi/LTE).
- Usage data: High-resolution logs of how you interact with simulation "Bosses," duration of sessions, and "Kill Shot" frequency.
- Cookies and Tracking: We use technologies like local storage to remember your simulation preferences and login status across sessions.
AI Processing and Biometric Privacy
Simuverse utilizes advanced AI models to power high-fidelity interactions. Simuverse may send your voice recordings, text inputs, and conversation transcripts to third-party AI providers OpenAI and Google in order to generate real-time AI responses and coaching reports.
- Biometric Data (BIPA Notice): We process vocal characteristics to generate performance metrics (e.g., stress analysis). We do not use this data for individual identification. All biometric-derived templates are permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days of account termination.
- AI Training Opt-Out: We request our AI sub-processors to process simulation data via "Zero-Retention" or "Opt-out of training" APIs where available to protect your professional sensitive content.
- Consent: The Application requests your explicit permission before your first simulation. If you do not consent, you may not proceed with voice-based simulations.
How we use your personal information
- Service Delivery: To operate high-stakes simulations, calculate performance metrics, and manage your Credit balance.
- Personalization: To remember your "Mission Briefs" and tailor AI opponent difficulty to your progress level.
- Audio/Video Optimization: To improve our "Zero-Point Video Pipeline" and "Puppeteer Audio System" for seamless, low-latency interactions.
- Compliance and Protection: To identify and deter fraudulent activity, protect our intellectual property, and comply with legal requests.
How we share your personal information
- AI Service Providers: Securely sharing necessary inputs with AI model providers to facilitate real-time dialogue and video generation.
- Payment Processors: Transactional data is handled directly by encrypted services (e.g., Apple In-App Purchases, Google Play Billing, or Stripe).
- Other users: If you choose to use "Share" features, your simulation reports (including scores and feedback) may be converted into images or links that you can distribute.

- Privacy Settings: Simuverse provides settings to manage whether your simulation assets and reports are shareable or private.
- Account Deletion: You may request to close your account and delete all associated assets (recordings, reports, and metadata) directly through the App settings.
- Communications: You can opt-out of "New Scenario" alerts or marketing emails at any time via the "Unsubscribe" link.
Security and Access Controls
We employ high-level technical and organizational safeguards—including end-to-end encryption of voice data and secure API protocols—designed to protect the integrity of your professional simulations. Access to production data by our global engineering and support teams is strictly regulated via role-based access controls (RBAC), requires multi-factor authentication, and is limited to de-identified or anonymized data whenever possible for debugging purposes.
Data Localization and International Transfers
METAG INC. is a United States entity. All core user data, including simulation transcripts and voice recordings, are stored and hosted on servers located within the United States. While we operate with a global development team, any cross-border access to systems is strictly governed by technical safeguards, zero-trust architecture, and U.S. data protection standards. By using Simuverse, you acknowledge that your information is processed primarily in the U.S. and by our certified U.S.-based AI sub-processors.
Children
Simuverse is a professional tool and is not intended for use by anyone under 13 years of age. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete the data.
